Our special formula gently and effectively removes tarnish and discoloration without damaging your jewelry. Supplied with a small brush and tweezers, our cleaning solution is extremely practical to use and, thanks to its compact packaging, ideal for travel.
Please note that a quick immersion followed by rinsing with water is sufficient. For jewelry with stones, we recommend cleaning only with the included brush and not immersing it in the cleaning agent. After cleaning, the jewelry can simply be polished with the included cleaning cloth. Orders under CHF 200.- are normally shipped via A-Post (priority mail).
If the amount is exceeded or if "invoice" is selected as the payment method, shipping will include tracking.

- If your order includes more than one item, select the items you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
Click "Send Request".
If your return request has been approved, it is best to send it back to us via A-Post Plus. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
Exchange and Return Policy
- 14-day return/exchange policy from receipt
- Earrings will be charged a cleaning fee of CHF 10.-
- Products on sale / products purchased at an offer price will be refunded in the form of a Bahija voucher. Any outstanding invoices must be paid by the customer.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and original packaging
- Products must be new and unworn.
- Products and packaging that reach us in a damaged condition cannot be accepted back; any defects must be reported before returning.
