If your return request has been approved, it is best to send it back to us via A-Post Plus. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

Exchange and Return Policy

14-day return/exchange policy from receipt
Earrings will be charged a cleaning fee of CHF 10.-
Products on sale / products purchased at an offer price will be refunded in the form of a Bahija voucher. Any outstanding invoices must be paid by the customer.
Returned products must be in their original condition and original packaging
Products must be new and unworn.
Products and packaging that reach us in a damaged condition cannot be accepted back; any defects must be reported before returning.
