Orders under CHF 200.- are normally shipped via A-Post (priority mail).
If the amount is exceeded or if "invoice" is selected as the payment method, shipping will include tracking.

- 14-day return/exchange policy from receipt
- Earrings will be charged a cleaning fee of CHF 10.-
